All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but slight variation between screens and the actual item may occur.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update or discontinue products at any time.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm your order once it is accepted and processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

3. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and pre-paid methods including debit/credit cards, e-wallets, and instalments via Souhoola, ValU, and Sympl. Pre-paid transactions are processed securely through third-party providers; we do not store card details.

5. Returns & refunds
