How do I choose my size?
Each product page has a size guide with exact measurements. Our knitwear is designed for a trim, true-to-size fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed feel, size up.

What is the knitwear made from?
Fine-gauge knit designed for everyday wear — breathable, structured, and made to hold its shape.
How do I care for it?
Hand wash cold or use a gentle machine cycle inside-out, with similar colours. Do not wring. Reshape and dry flat, away from direct sun. Do not tumble dry or hang while wet — knitwear stretches. Cool iron if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (COD) and pre-paid options — debit/credit cards, e-wallets, and instalments via Souhoola, ValU, and Sympl.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Shipping fees vary by governorate. Orders over EGP 1,999 ship free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Our working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding weekends and official holidays.
