Where we ship
We deliver across all governorates in Egypt.
Shipping fees
- Shipping fees vary by governorate and are calculated at checkout.
- Orders over EGP 1,999 ship free.
Processing & delivery times
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Delivery time after dispatch depends on your governorate and our courier.
- Our working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding weekends and official holidays.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, our courier will contact you to arrange delivery. If you need an update at any point, message us on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram DM, or email info@rmshop.co.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will try to reach you to reschedule. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout so your order arrives without delay.
